How to add another team member
To ensure the security of sensitive information and provide an added level of control, Matter has decided to undertake a manual onboarding process for every user who joins the platform.
This process, which will involve both your team and possibly your manager, will ensure that access to the platform is granted only to those who have been thoroughly vetted and approved.
This proactive measure emphasises the importance of protecting the type of data we interact with on a daily basis.
Collaborator requirements
To become eligible for sign-up on the Matter platform, there are several requirements that must be met.
- Firstly, the new team member must be a part of your organization.
- Secondly, they must have a company email address.
- Finally, approval from the company's account manager is required.
