Change your password

Logged in and want to change your password

If you need to reset your password, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Matter profile page by clicking here.
  2. Find the "Reset my password" button and click on it.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Continue"
  4. Check your inbox, including your spam folder, for a password reset email from the Matter team.
  5. Click on the link in the email to open the password reset page.
  6. Create a new, strong password and select the "Reset password" button to save your changes.

With the password reset process complete, you should now be able to sign in to the Matter platform with ease.

You forgot your password, and need a new one

If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Matter platform page by clicking here.
  2. Enter your organisation name.
  3. Find the "Forgot your password?" link and click on it.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Continue"
  5. Check your inbox, including your spam folder, for a password reset email from the Matter team.
  6. Click on the link in the email to open the password reset page.
  7. Create a new, strong password and select the "Reset password" button to save your changes.

With the password reset process complete, you should now be able to sign in to the Matter platform with ease.

Password troubleshooting

Password not received

If you haven't received the email from us containing the link to reset your password, please be sure to:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Check if there is another email address where you might have created your account. Perhaps you’re entering a company email address but you signed up under your personal email address.

An issue with my password

If you still aren't receiving the reset email, please contact us to get things sorted out. In your message to us, please include the following information to help speed up your request:

  • If you are on a paid plan, please include the working email address that you are trying to connect with.
  • If you are on a trial plan, please include the name of your organisation
