Logging in
- Access the platform
To access the Matter platform, simply open a web browser on your computer and navigate to the platform's URL.
- Enter your organisation name
Entering your organization's name will play a crucial role in securing your working environment on the Matter platform.
To proceed, simply enter your company name (not the domain name) in the designated field and press the "Continue" button. By providing this information, you'll help us ensure a secure and organized working environment for you and your team.
- Enter your credentials
Access to the Matter platform is protected by a login and password system. To sign in, enter your company email address and the password you set up.
Then, click the "Continue" button to access your account and all its features.

This is where you can confirm that you have successfully logged into the platform.
From this page, you have full access to all of the Matter services and can embark on your sustainable journey.

Logging out
When you're ready to log out of the Matter platform, simply hover over the top left corner of the interface and click on the "Logout" button. This will redirect you to the Matter security portal, where your session will be safely terminated
As a helpful tip, it's a good practice for the Matter team to log out of the platform every time they have finished their portfolio analysis for the day, ensuring the security and privacy of their work.
